At Subway® we are always focused on the health and safety of our guests, our franchise owners and our Sandwich Artists. We want to assure you that during this time of uncertainty due to Coronavirus, your health and safety remains our top priority.
Each of our 1300 Australian Subway® restaurants are owned and run by local franchise owners – members of your local community.

To continue to provide you with high-quality, freshly-made food, while protecting your health and our restaurant teams, Subway® restaurants have put in place additional precautionary health and safety measures.
Our Subway® restaurants are: – Increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitising restaurants, especially most-touched surfaces like door handles, credit card readers, dining areas and bathrooms. – Temporarily removing reusable dine-in sandwich baskets. – Providing straws and drink cup lids at restaurant counters, by request. – Continuing our existing health and food safety protocols, such as frequent hand washing, use of gloves for food preparation and ensuring restaurant employees who are ill stay home and seek medical attention.
We know that during this time many guests may prefer to skip the queue and order their Subway® favourites online, via our mobile app. We will continue to provide our freshly-made food for express pick-up.

We are continuing to monitor the developments of Coronavirus and will continue to follow the guidance of Australian health authorities as this dynamic situation unfolds. Thank you for continued trust and support in our local Subway® restaurants.
